Most of my audio books
are in .mp3 format and are about 200MB. But I like lto listen to ong
unabridged fiction stories, so maybe yours would be shorter(?).

formatted. Try Simply Audiobook- they have a

First you need to analyze your demographic. I don't know what your book
is other than it's non-fiction and maybe a DIY so it's hard to help you

Look up copyright laws in your state. I think you need permission BUT
you might be able to just put a notation of where the picture came from
indicting it is not your work but the work of someone else.
